Objectives – తెలుగుతల్లి ఫౌoఢేషన్


The Founder Trustee Mr. Bandaru Danaiah (Bandaru Danaiah Kavi) do hereby declare, create and constitute a charitable trust which shall be known as “Telugu Talli Foundation” with the objects and constitution on the terms and conditions set forth herein below

The objectives of the Trust shall be

  1. To promote and propogate “Telugu Language and Culture to maintain harmony” in mankind.
  2. To undertake all activities related to Telugu promotion and development such as conducting seminars, discourses,releasing books,handouts,periodicals and other activity that promotes Telugu Language.
  3. To run and maintain homes for orphans, widows, poor people, blind and children of weaker section of the community.
  4. To establish, run and maintain schools, colleges, hostels, and other institutions for imparting education and to grant scholarships, prizes, to render financial aid to poor and deserving students and institutions for imparting education – academic and professional.
  5. To create environmental awareness, to control pollution, zone depletion, for beautification and cleanliness of cities and to create Traffic and Road Safety awareness.
  6. To establish and maintain institutions for career guidance and for placement of educated unemployed and to render financial assistance to deserving and poor.
  7. To establish and run institutions for providing medical relief and to provide medical assistance to deserving and poor people.
  8. To carry out campaign against social evils like dowry, drugs, alcohol ad use of tobacco, etc.
  9. To propagate prevention of cruelty to animals and for promotion of vegetarianism.
  10. To generate public awareness about population control, consumer protection, women development and to assist Govt. and support public servants in the fields of medicine, police, defense etc.
  11. To run and maintain and assist institutions for promotion of sports, arts extra ordinary skills etc.
  12. To generate and promote secularism and to encourage social/inter caste/mass-marriages.
  13. The office of the Trust shall be at Plot No.1 57, SY.NO.62, Road No. 46, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad or at such other places at the Trustees may form time to time fir.
  14. The Trustee have liberty to frame rules and regulations for the proper administration of the Trust, but any amendment to the Trust Deed shall be carried out only with the approval of the Jurisdiction commissioner of Income tax.
  15. All the properties, funds , assets, of the Trust acquired in future by Gift, sale, or other wise shall vest with the Trustees and shall be held by them solely for the charitable objects of Trust, the Trustees may receive donations towards corpus or Revenue with or without conditions attached thereto. Trustees shall invest the funds of the Trust in accordance with the provisions of section 11 and 13 of the Income Tax at as amended from time to time.
  16. The Trustees may open one ore more bank accounts and any one or more trustees nominated in this behalf may operate the Bank account.
  17. The Trust may institute, conduct, defend any suit or other legal proceedings and withdraw or compromise or settle any such dispute or refer any dispute to arbitration.
  18. The Trust may nominate any one of the Trustees to act on behalf of the Trust by an appropriate resolution or Power of Attorney as the circumstances may require.
  19. The affairs of Trust shall be managed by the Board of Trustees of the said Trust.The Board of Trustees shall consist of not less than 3 and not more that 5 Trustees as the Board of Trustees shall from time to time resolved,the number shall be 3 only.
  20. On any vacancy occurring in the Board of Trustees by the demise of resignation of a Trustee or any other cause, it shall be competent and lawful for the remaining members of the Board to appoint any person or persons in the vacancy or vacancies. The Board by a resolution resolves to increase the number of Trustees to more than the vacancies so created such increase shall be filled up by appointment by the existing Trustees.
  21. The Board of Trustees shall appoint one or more Chartered Accountants to audit the accounts of the Trust.The accounts of the Trust shall be closed for the financial year ending i.e. 31st March every year.The accounts shall be audited every year.The Trustees will fix and pay the remuneration for the auditors. Every appointment of the auditors shall be for one year at a time. But the retiring auditor or auditors shall be eligible for re-appointment.
  22. The Trust fund shall be applied purely for charitable purposes and no part of the Trust shall be utilized for direct or indirect benefit of the Trustees by way of profits, dividends, interest, etc.
  23. The objects of the Trust shall be carried out without any restriction of caste, community, creed, religion or colors and without profit motive.
  24. The objects of the Trust will be carried out only in India, and not abroad.
  25. The author of the Trust Viz. Mr Bandaru Danaiah during his life time reserves right to nominate his successor on his retirement and has the right to remove any Trustee if in his opinion the Trustee is not working in the interest of the Trust. He also reserves the right to take new Trustees of his choice without election by the Board of Trustees whenever any vacancy arises.
